About the Role: We are seeking a part-time, contract-based Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of key technical projects over a three-month engagement. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring alignment across developers, DBAs, software vendors, and operations teams to meet project milestones efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment among all stakeholders.

Identify, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to optimize project efficiency.

Proactively manage risks, anticipate potential challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.

Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior project management experience in a technical environment preferred.

Tools: Experience with Jira and MS Project is a plus.

Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive decisions.

Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively address project risks and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
