    This full time position will provide company management services and oversee broadcast productions at various locations. Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who excels in project management and communication. In this role you will provide project organization, documentation and strategic communication to our clients. Related job skills include technical accounts manager, crisis communicator, brand manager, and media relations. You will play a pivotal role in providing transparent communication and driving collaboration across our team and the customer by documenting, tracking and reporting tasks Location: Ability to work on location as needed in multiple locations. Our main office is located in downtown Los Angeles. We have productions taking place on location in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Santa Barbara County multiple times per week. We will be expanding to other regions in the future. Some remote work will be required as well. Responsibilities: Duties will include: Project Management: • Project Management Excellence: Support and manage multiple complex projects concurrently, collaborating closely with Pegasus team members and clients to ensure alignment on goals, plans, and deliverables. • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues clearly and proactively to various stakeholders. • Establish Notification Procedures: All relevant stakeholders, including Pegasus, clients, subcontractors and and impacted end-users, will be notified according to ITIL 4 guidelines. Tasks could include change lifecycle notification, planned outage notifications, emergency change notifications, post-implementation reviews and more. • Process Improvement: Create and refine processes and organizational procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity. • Provide oversight of production staffing, calendars, and scheduling. • Build processes for better team collaboration focusing on troubleshooting, operational or equipment issues. Reporting and documentation: • Track Engineering support tickets to validate that incident, response and resolution are being completed and provide retrospect to the customer as needed. • Gather data/reports from the Engineering team and compile into reports to deliver to the Pegasus Project Director. Reports include weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverables. • Track budget estimates and invoices. • Build Standard Operating procedure manuals and training materials. Review, train and ensure employee standards are met. • Insurance Compliance. Production and Training: • Assist with productions as needed. In this position you will be required to work various positions to gain an understanding of what all team members roles and duties entail. Experience with production in a broadcast environment is preferred. • As you gain advanced knowledge of employee day to day tasks you will help train new employees and provide quality control oversight over employee processes and performance. • Assist the Pegasus Broadcast Producer with reservations, calendar organization and scheduling. • Provide assistance with on site production duties when needed. Duties include staging microphones, directing on air talent and communicating with the broadcast team. • Assist with hiring, creating job descriptions, and evaluating applicants. Qualifications: Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Previous work experience in project management, or experience in a related field. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, will push to elevate our brand and grow our company. • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred. Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, and interpersonal skills. • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, methodologies and best practices. • Leadership: Ability to keep team members motivated and on track, resolve conflicts and inspire the team. Compensation: $95,000-$105,000
