    Job Summary : The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the product development cycle, from conceptualization to launch. This role ensures clear communication between departments, tracks progress, and ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager plays a critical role in connecting market research data to actionable insights, maintaining team organization, and facilitating product rollouts effectively. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met. • Serve as the primary point of communication between design, purchasing, and marketing teams. • Coordinate product data (e.g., pricing, sizes, order quantities) with the purchasing team. • Facilitate seamless product rollouts by collaborating with marketing on messaging and launch plans. • Maintain organizational systems to track team progress. • Assist in gathering and organizing competitor and market research data for effective planning. • Participate in quarterly feedback sessions with regional managers and sales teams. • Oversee cross-departmental collaboration to ensure timely execution of product launches. • Monitor industry trends and integrate relevant insights into project strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in project management, preferably in product design or related industries. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana. • Experience with Vendor Management System or similar software is prefered. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of market research methods and data interpretation. Compensation: $26.50 - $28.5 hourly
