Professional Search Group OC is looking for a Project Manager to join their clients team! The Project Manager will lead and drive all phases of project execution under the guidance of the Director of Project Management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure projects align with organizational goals while contributing to process improvements and business designs.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycle, including defining business requirements, resources, scope, risks, and communication plans.
- Provide updates on project strategy, progress, and adjustments to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop workflows, analyze business processes, and present actionable recommendations to improve project outcomes.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Document project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned for future initiatives.
Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience in project management and business analysis.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Certification in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other business process improvement training (preferred).
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation expertise.
