Project Architect / Project Manager
Minnetonka, MN – Hybrid | Direct Hire | $75K - $85K

Konik is partnering with a well-established Architectural firm with expertise in commercial sector work who is seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager. Under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, the Project Architect / Project Manager will complete new construction and remodeling projects on schedule and within budget.

Project Architect / Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Project Manager to complete projects on time and within budget
• Client and contractor communication
• Works in all stages of a project from conceptual design to SD, DD, CD to CA
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards
• Consult with engineering and consultants
• Manage drawing sets and provide guidance to Intern Architects and Drafters to ensure accuracy in drawings.
  
  

Project Architect / Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture; Registration is a plus
• 6+ years’ experience
• Proficiency with Revit and MS Office; Experience with AutoCAD, Enscape, and Lumion is a plus
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of building codes, design, and construction
• Background with commercial building projects
• Previous project management experience
• High-level communication skills
