Job Position Description:

Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping others updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Use Xactimate software

Ability to estimate and manage mitigation and fire projects

Respond to property damage emergency calls during and after hours

Ability to communicate with a variety of customers

Inspect properties for water damage and develop a drying plan which includes the setup of drying equipment, monitoring temperature, relative humidity and specific humidity

Requirements:

3+ years’ previous technician experience, preferably in the restoration industry

Xactimate experience necessary

IICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT are preferred

Program work is a plus

Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person)

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and responsible
