We're partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm who is seeking a highly skilled Residential Civil Engineering - Project Manager to join their Team. Project Manager will lead projects, cultivate client relationships, and mentor team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct projects, managing tasks, workload, financial performance, and resources
• Foster existing client relationships through periodic meetings, proposals, and feedback
• Prepare agreements and oversee construction plans, bid documents, and cost estimates
• Analyze complex technical opportunities and develop innovative solutions
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve Practice Area goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with team management experience
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, and budgeting
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize responsibilities
