    Summary of Responsibilities

    As a Construction Project Manager, you'll take the lead in managing high-end luxury projects while advocating for the client and the business. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the client relationship, time management, scheduling and leading teams, and tracking project budgets. You'll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional craftsmanship while inspiring a positive work culture.     Essential Functions

    • Lead and Execute High-Quality Projects: 
      Manage 3-5 active projects at a time, overseeing each stage from planning through completion. This includes creating and maintaining schedules and budgets, ensuring every detail meets our standards for quality and client satisfaction.
    • Coordinate Skilled Subcontractors and Trades: 
      Schedule and oversee work by tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.), maintaining alignment with our timelines and quality requirements.
    • Manage Budgets and Financial Performance: 
      Track project budgets closely, manage Purchase Orders and Change Orders, and take accountability for cost-effective project management.
    • Quality Control and Troubleshooting: 
      Conduct regular on-site quality inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain luxury construction standards throughout each project.
    • Client Communication and Relationship Building: 
      Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated and engaged throughout the project.
    • Documentation & Project Management: 
      Maintain accurate project records using our construction management software, including schedules, budgets, and client interactions.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Experience: 3+ years in construction management, ideally in luxury or high-end projects.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software; knowledge of BuilderTrend or ConstructionSuite a plus.
    • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials, building methods, and project sequencing.
    • Leadership & Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Education & Licensing: Associate degree (or higher) in a relevant field, plus a valid driver’s license.

    Compensation

    • $70,000-$75,000 DOE
    • Vehicle stipend
