This company has been instrumental in helping homeowners and communities rebuild after devastating wildfires, including in Pacific Palisades.

• Base Salary: $90K-$105K (DOE).
• Project Completion Commissions: Earn % per completed project (projects average $100K+, with PMs managing 6-8 projects simultaneously).

Flexibility & Hands-On Impact:

• Split time between field and office (typically 1-3 office days per week).
• Work directly with insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and property owners.
• Take full ownership of projects from initial scope to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restoration projects, from initial scope to final completion.
• Manage subcontractors and project schedules, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.
• Work directly with insurance adjusters and property owners to facilitate seamless communication and execution.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation across multiple projects.
• Conduct weekly safety talks and attend mandatory team meetings on Tuesdays.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing residential restoration projects between $100K-$800K.
• Extensive knowledge of fire, water, and disaster recovery restoration.
• Strong subcontractor relationships in single-family and multi-family restoration.
• Deep understanding of insurance claims and adjuster expectations.
• Strong leadership abilities – can take a project and execute without constant oversight.
• Client-focused – able to build trust with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters.
• Detail-oriented – manages budgets, schedules, and quality control with precision.
• Problem-solver under pressure – thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes restoration environments.

Location & Work Schedule

Location: Orange County/Garden Grove – Field & Office-Based.
Schedule: 5 days per week, with on-site & office flexibility.
