Duties:
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers.
Prepare questions to learn about the customer and understand if an opportunity exists during the discovery meeting. Product knowledge will provide possible solutions to recommend.
Understand and effectively deliver quotes articulating our products.
Support sales staff.
Prepare quotes and invoices.
Produce production and installation work orders.
Job scheduling.
Manage survey data.
Direct communications with other Signworks team members.
Professionally represent our company at all times.
Job costing as needed.
Qualifications:
Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
Proficient in using project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
