Coordinating and tracking activities for multiple data center technology workstreams
Performing physical walk-throughs to validate work progress against the plan
Summarizing status and adjusting/refining activities within the data center migration project plan based on lessons learned
Facilitating technical work sessions to prepare migration runbooks, capturing decisions, notes and key takeaways from project management and technical workstream meetings.
Proficient using MS Project, Excel and OneNote.
Experience with ServiceNow

• Work with internal team and the customer to further define tasks and responsibilities and align resources to provide optimum value.
• Align project scope and/or work streams by aligning the project scope to the proper project management processes such as waterfall or agile.
• Create, maintain and facilitate project plans and schedules with clearly defined tasks, milestones, and target completion date with in house tools or client tools.
• Proactively flag risks with project schedule due to delays caused by personnel, technology, process, etc.
• Anticipate project needs and collaborate with project team and executive stakeholders on possible next steps to address needs.
• Provide project management thought leadership to maintain alignment with customer and exceed expectations.
• Provide / facilitate note taking / recording and capture of key information, decisions, actions, risks and impediments in all project meetings for reporting, tracking and documentation uses.
• Proactively structure meeting notes for customer consumption and distribute to project team in a timely manner.
