We specialize in commercial and residential masonry and foundation work and are committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to join our team and support ongoing project needs.

    Job Summary

    The Project Manager / Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on assigned construction projects, ensuring that schedules, safety standards, and budget requirements are met. This role works closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

    Responsibilities

    · Manage multiple job sites, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor project schedules

    · Ensure safety standards and code compliance on all projects

    · Review project plans and specifications

    · Communicate with clients, inspectors, and internal staff regarding job progress

    · Track materials, deliveries, and labor resources

    · Report progress, issues, and budget tracking to company leadership

    · Support and train field staff as needed

    Qualifications

    · 5+ years of experience in construction management or site supervision

    · Strong knowledge of masonry and concrete foundation work

    · Excellent organizational and leadership skills

    · Ability to read construction documents and blueprints

    · Proficient with project management tools (Buildertrend a plus)

    · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    · Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
