We have been retained by our client, a growing Construction Company in the Houston, TX area, to find a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within the multifamily renovation sector.

Duties:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and all other aspects of the project management process.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety protocols.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and handle any arising issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum HS Diploma
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry,
• Experience with Multifamily and/or Light Commercial TI/renovation projects
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
