Services are provided for residential, multifamily, commercial, retail, and industrial buildings in New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland County, New Jersey & Connecticut, with 95% of work performed in New York City, particularly in Manhattan.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Senior ProjeThis is a full-time position for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, establishing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful project execution. The role also involves budget management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. This position is based on-site in Midtown, New York.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in NYC.
    • Must have In-depth knowledge of NYC construction processes, regulations, and codes.
    • Valid Supervisor's SST card.
    • Must have significant experience using Procore, Microsoft Teams and Estimating software.
    • Experience with AIA billing procedures.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage many projects and meet deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
