We are partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Atlanta, GA; they're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their Water Resources department . As an ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in water resources engineering and a passion for managing complex projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer Registration (preferably in Georgia)
• 8+ years of experience in Water Resources engineering
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater management design, and green infrastructure design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcMap, and hydrologic/hydraulic software applications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workflow, and complete tasks efficiently
• Client-focused, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Georgia and South Carolina
• Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic software (ICPR4, HEC-RAS, XPSWMM, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis)
• Knowledge of water quality or TMDL studies

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment
• Develop proposals, scopes, and fees, and oversee project schedules and budgets
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful projects
• Perform and manage watershed studies, stormwater master plans, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis
• Design and inspect traditional and innovative LID infrastructure and SWM BMPs
• Mentor and oversee team members, and monitor project scope and fees
