We’re currently seeking an Inside Commercial Project Manager to join our Commercial Glazing team and help us deliver on the promises we make to our clients—on time and with excellence.

What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of commercial projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate with general contractors, vendors, internal teams, and installers to ensure every job runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets our high standards. This is a detail-oriented role where communication, organization, and follow-through are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage active commercial glazing projects from contract to closeout

Execute contracts, COIs, W9s, and submittals within 48 hours of request

Accurately procure materials and rental equipment within job timelines

Maintain a two-week lookahead installation and fabrication schedule

Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and internal installation teams

Issue monthly invoices for all active jobs by the 20th of each month

Maintain clear, timely communication with general contractors and internal teams

Upload and organize all project-related documents in Google Drive

Monitor project progress and mitigate risk proactively

What We're Looking For

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Tech-savvy with comfort using project tracking and digital file systems

Commitment to LC Glass’s core values and customer-focused mindset

Experience in commercial construction is preferred

Experience in commercial glazing is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience) + overtime

Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses up to $1,000 per quarter

401K

PTO: 40 hrs/year to start, up to 160 hrs/year based on tenure

Holiday Pay: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Christmas Day

Other: Performance reviews twice a year, direct deposit, paid weekly
