Summary of Responsibilities

• Manage 3-4 concurrent luxury residential projects from pre-construction through completion averaging $250,000+ (with potential projects up to $2-3 million)
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and exceptional quality standards
• Provide concierge-level client communication and relationship management
• Coordinate with trade partners and in-house carpenters
• Document project progress in Builder Trend
• Meet milestones tied to payment draws
• Handle changes in time and material jobs professionally
  
• De-escalate client concerns promptly and effectively
  

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• 5+ years high-end residential project management experience
• Patient, calm demeanor with excellent client relationship skills
• Tech-savvy with Builder Trend software experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional follow-through on client requests and commitments
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  

Compensation 

• $80,000-$90,000 base salary
• Performance-based quarterly bonus potential
