    Summary of Responsibilities

    As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll lead complex custom home remodeling projects from concept to completion. By managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships, you’ll play a vital role in transforming dreams into reality. This position is the heartbeat of our promise to clients — a stress-free, life-enhancing remodeling journey that exceeds their expectations at every step.

    Essential Functions

    • Building trust-based relationships with Clients to ensure a seamless experience.
    • Coordinating and overseeing all phases of custom home remodeling projects.
    • Managing budgets and schedules to ensure projects stay on track.
    • Conducting quality inspections to meet Bright Homes’ high standards.
    • Leading Trade Partners and Suppliers toward flawless execution.
    • Solving challenges creatively and efficiently to keep projects moving forward.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 5+ years as a Project Manager
    • Residential Remodel experience
    • Knowledge of custom home construction methods
    • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

    Compensation

    • $60,000+
    • 9 Paid Holidays
    • 12 Days PTO
    • Company provided work vehicle
