We are looking for someone with several years of experience in the restoration industry of water, fire, mold, and storms. Someone self-motivated. PuroClean of Plant City seeks a Project Manager of Sales (PM) to handle and close the referrals received. This is not a 'cold calling' type of sales. It is working leads/referrals that come into the office.

Responsibilities:

Inspect/evaluate new leads/referrals that the office receives. Communicate with the customer and work to educate the customer on the Puroclean processes. Sell the Job with the right expectation. Scope the damages on site, generate an estimate, prepare a scope of work for the crews, and upload documentation within a CRM program. Obtain approval from the customer and client on the scope of work and services provided by Puroclean. Capture all necessary documentation, program requirements, and pre-mitigation photos to demonstrate the damages prior to work. Coordinate with the production team to ensure the final estimate includes all work performed.

Qualifications:

To be able to perform the responsibilities listed above daily. Mitigation experience (2yrs +) Computer Skills - Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Effective oral and written communication Be able to multi-task during a busy work environment. Work under stressful conditions and perform. High School diploma Experience with Xactimate required - Level 1/2 certified preferred Ability to complete a drug screening and background check Able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Ability to safely climb ladders and perform inspection at ceiling heights
