    Position Overview: As the PM of O&M Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and maintenance (O&M) activities for our solar power plants and BESS facilities in California. You will lead a team of O&M professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our solar assets, maximizing energy production, and minimizing downtime. Your strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in driving excellence in O&M operations and achieving our company's goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute the overall O&M strategy for our solar power plants in California, aligning with the company's objectives and industry best practices.

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of O&M professionals, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

    Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of our solar assets.

    Establish and maintain effective relationships with equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support for O&M activities.

    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to energy production, equipment reliability, and cost efficiency, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing corrective actions as needed.

    Develop and manage the O&M budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.

    Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to solar and BESS O&M operations, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and compliance.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project development, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of O&M activities with other business functions.

    Oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and promoting a culture of safety among O&M staff.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.

    Proven track record of at least 5 years in progressively responsible roles within the solar energy and battery energy storage industry, with a strong focus on O&M operations.

    Deep understanding of solar power plants and battery energy storage facilities operations, maintenance methodologies, and industry best practices.

    Demonstrated experience in managing O&M teams and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

    Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, safety standards, and environmental requirements in California.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or safety.

    Professional certifications in solar or renewable energy-related fields would be advantageous.
