    Project Sales Representative - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 125k/year - Minneapolis, MN

    • Our client is an industry leading mechanical serving company. From complex HVAC, plumbing, piping projects and service calls, to full-service facility maintenance projects, our client is fast-growing and is looking for a Project Sales Representative (internally titled Project Manager) that will support their construction division.
    • The Project Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and hunting new clients while being the main point of contact with clients for all things relating to new project builds, estimates, quotes, and bids. The Project Sales Representative will also ensure timeline and budget are being met for all new projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create relationships with prospect customers
    • Run assigned stations to guarantee successful completion of projects
    • Ensure projects are completed correctly, on time, and within budget
    • Active involvement from planning, to production, to follow up and delivery
    • Work with sales teams to review quotes, bids, and budgets
    • Complete estimates for materials and other costs
    • Order, tack, and coordinate equipment as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Background in mechanical industry; ideally HVAC
    • Minimum 4+ years of similar sales/project management experience
    • Must have experience quoting for time and materials
    • Ability to work with clients, vendors, and technicians to ensure deadline feasibility
    • Project sales experience working with General Contractors and/or end users
    • Relationship based selling approach

    Compensation:

    • Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 125k/year plus an incentive program. Our client also offers a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision. Along with 401k, PTO, and much more!
