    • Our client is a mechanical servicing company known for handling large commercial projects across Salt Lake City and throughout the Western US for over 50 years.
    • Our client has a need for a Project Sales Representative to handle a territory out of the Salt Lake city Area. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience selling retrofit projects and has great relationship building skills that will take this division to new heights. The team is a very motivated and supportive group that is always willing to help each other out while having the “customer first” mentality. This role is a combination of in office and out in the field.

    Responsibilities:

    • In this position, the Project Sales Representative will drive growth in our clients' HVAC service project business by managing and selling repair, replacement, and retrofit solutions. Furthermore, the Project Sales Representative role involves maintaining key accounts, developing subcontractors relationships, assisting with project execution, and identifying strategic accounts that will drive growth. The Project Sales Representative will be collaborating with facility owners and managers across numerous commercial sectors including healthcare, hospitality, local government, and industrial markets.

    Qualifications:

    • The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 3+ years of experience with business-to-business sales and at least 5+ years of experience in the HVAC service industry. Furthermore, the candidate must have strong estimating skills, should have excellent communication skills and want to make a lasting change in a company.

    Compensation:

    • Our client is offering a base salary up to 90k/year with an uncapped commission program that should put you in the 110k - 140k/ year total compensation. The company offers a comprehensive benefit package, 401k, and either an auto allowance or company vehicle. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to join a stable and growing company.
