Job Description
We are seeking a Project Specialist I who is responsible for successfully leading small projects delivering Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions. The role will require coordination of Professional Services resources, schedule management of project deliverables, customer issue resolution, creation of project plans, status reports and project documentation, as well as crossfunctional collaboration. This role will deliver under tight timelines while managing multiple small projects and supporting senior team members for Intelerad’s Professional Services team. Additionally, this role will work to manage and oversee project financial management and successful project deliveries within time and budget. The focus and mission of this role is to proactively ensure customer projects achieve the desired results at all stages of their journey with our products, realizing the full value of our software and services.
Leadership
Client Relationship
Act as the primary point of contact for small customer projects
Foster trust in successful delivery of milestones that are essential to on-time and on-budget project completion
Initiate and manage the delivery of products and services under the supervision of leadership & senior project team members
Prepare, manage and communicate key information on client projects on a regular basis to key stakeholders both internally and externally
