Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing a construction project. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, scheduling, and coordination; supervising and managing on-site personnel; monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes; and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience in construction project management and on-site supervision
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• OSHA certification or other relevant certifications/training is a plus
