    Resolve Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee our roofing projects and ensure seamless operations from start to finish. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing crews, maintaining job sites, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. As a Project Supervisor, you will be a crucial member of our production team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality control while maintaining clear communication with customers and team members. Responsibilities: Production & Operations Management • Oversee and manage the production pipeline , ensuring projects stay on schedule. • Coordinate logistics, equipment, and trailer needs for each job. • Maintain inventory management and track material shortages/returns. • Document and complete all required CompanyCam production photo reports. • Ensure job sites are properly prepped, maintained, and meet safety standards. • Oversee punch out coordination to guarantee job completion and satisfaction. • Track receipt management for all purchases and returns. • Ensure timely completion of final inspections and certificates of completion. Team & Crew Leadership • Build strong relationships with installation crews, ensuring smooth communication. • Hold team members accountable for code and ordinance compliance. • Conduct safety management to uphold workplace security and standards. • Attend production meetings and relay critical updates to the team. • Provide production training to enhance team performance. Customer & Sales Support • Ensure top-tier production day customer communication & satisfaction. • Send CompanyCam timelines to homeowners for project transparency. • Manage post-sale client communication to strengthen relationships. • Assist in collecting Google reviews & referrals from happy customers. • Conduct door knocking/lead generation efforts to support business growth. Project & Compliance Documentation • Maintain detailed project notes in CRM to ensure accurate tracking. • Process change orders efficiently to avoid project delays. • Manage completion of production forms checklist for every project. • Oversee repairs/service calls and ensure follow-ups are completed. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, experience in customer service preferred. • Experience in roofing, construction, or project management is highly preferred. • Fluent in English (required); Spanish proficiency is a plus. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, compliance, and local ordinances. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to solve problems and handle unexpected challenges. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed. Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly
