Job Description
KPFF Survey is actively recruiting for a full-time Project Surveyor position in Portland, Oregon. Our typical projects include control, boundary, topographic, utility, ALTA, verification, and monitor surveying. We collect field data using the latest survey grade equipment, including conventional total stations, digital levels, GPS, 3D scanners, and drone lidar technology. We work with engineers, architects, landscape architects, developers, and public agencies. You may find yourself on a project in downtown Portland one day, followed by something in remote eastern Oregon, and beyond. The ideal candidate could also build and maintain their own client base.
The successful candidate will currently be in a survey project management role or be a senior office technician looking for career growth. The candidate will work with and lead a survey project team to deliver the survey product safely, accurately, and professionally. As an experienced and licensed individual you will actively work with and mentor a survey team on a career licensure path where you will help analyze and process different sets of data, draft, manage projects, and prepare deliverables.
