Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include streamlining processes, coordinating project timelines, and fostering efficient communication among team members. Office Support • Oversee operational procedures for all aspects of our Wealth Management Advisor’s business including coordinating communication and workflow between the advisor and staff • Document, handle, and delegate all case notes/transcriptions from the advisor’s meetings with clients Client Communication • Prepare the Wealth Management Advisors' digital needs prior to client/prospective client meetings (Review case notes; gather documents, case prep, agendas, etc) • Attend scheduled Zoom calls each day with the Wealth Management Advisor and assist in executing details with the client on recommendations made and agreed to within the meeting • Answer basic client questions and schedule annual review appointments • Gather additional client information when needed and perform necessary follow-ups Team Alliance • Coordination between the team regarding Planning support, marketing tactics compliance review, and any other additional research that may be needed • Quickly and effectively manage email and telephone communications • Sustain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional office atmosphere for clients, advisors team Qualifications: • Demonstrated leadership to motivate and hold others accountable • Associate Financial Representative contract required (obtain your Health and Life license or gain licensing within 6 months of employment) • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines • Computer experience with relevant, popular software programs a must (Microsoft Office mainly) • High degree of initiative with excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to be diplomatic & team-oriented • Ability to be flexible and open-minded and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times • Financial Service or Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
