The Promotions Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and strategies. This role involves a variety of tasks, including creating promotional materials, coordinating with vendors, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be a creative and organized individual with a passion for marketing.
Compensation:
47,000 - 55,000 a year
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns, including product launches, sales promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Promotional Material Creation:
Create and manage a variety of promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, brochures, and digital ads.
Work with designers and printers to ensure high-quality production and distribution of promotional materials.
Vendor Management:
Source and manage relationships with vendors, including printers, distributors, and promotional merchandise suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
Budget Management:
Manage promotional budgets, track expenses, and reconcile invoices.
Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
Event Planning and Execution:
Assist in planning and executing promotional events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate logistics, staffing, and vendor management for events.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as sales, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing or promotions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
