Job Description
KTDO is currently seeking a promotions producer who will create, plan, and execute local marketing, branding, promotional and sales initiatives. This person will be responsible for writing, editing, building graphics and video recording material.
Producer Responsibilities:
Qualifications
3+ years as a producer preferred.
Associate’s degree or related experience
Ability to multitask and work in a highly creative fast paced, dead-line driven environment.
Proven solid Spanish writing skills and editorial judgment.
Demonstrated self-starter.
Proven excellent interpersonal skills.
Color correction, editing, music selection and special effects knowledge.
Excellent organizational skills
Video editing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, After Effects, and Photoshop)
Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, travel, and work overtime with short notice.
Able to work a flexible schedules and shifts, including nights and weekends.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a valid DL and clear driving record.
English/Spanish required, both written and verbal
Willing to work in El Paso, TX
Background in Journalism, Promotions, Videography.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition)
Ability to work with people and build relationships with other departments.
Exposure to non-linear editing/shooting
May have had film or web video projects.
Experience with commercial production or copy writing.
