$12.00 - $15.00/hr depending on your experience

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Staffing Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Skills and Qualifications Communicator

• Able to communicate effectively to others orally and in writing.
• Comfortable with the majority of the job being conducted on the telephone, with a computer, and during face to face meetings with applicants in a single location.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is a plus. Teachable/Flexible
• Willing and able to learn new skills and new ideas.
• General knowledge of the world of work and occupational requirements in a wide range of industries.
• Familiar with and able to use computers, able to learn new software.
• AppleMac experience is a plus / encouraged Courteous Professional
• Being a courteous professional by providing excellent and friendly service to both our Clients and our Applicants.
• Works well in teams and with business customers and other staff (flexible, congenial and adaptable)
• Dress code - Clean and neat business casual. Diligent/Sense of Urgency
• Completing all tasks in a timely and effective manner is extremely important. You must be diligent and have a sense of urgency in the work you do.
• Organized, able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment.
• Results-oriented. Reliable/Dedicated

• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Available from 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday.
• Ability to have a flexible schedule during large orders. Able to work overtime to get last-minute job orders filled if a standby has not already been hired to start work.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
