The result is a new residential hybrid housing option—detached, single-story homes in prime suburban locations that are highly differentiated from traditional rental products. Founded in 2012 and a pioneer in the space, NexMetro has invested more than $2 billion in projects completed or under construction, comprising more than 50 neighborhoods spanning Sunbelt locales from Arizona to Florida. We are an entrepreneurial company with a strong, passionate company culture, and we are seeking team members with a similar mindset.
