Our training program will equip new agents with the skills and knowledge to succeed in real estate, with a focus on investment property sales. You'll work closely with experienced professionals and be supported by our team throughout the process. Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: • Commit to growing your real estate business full-time (this role is 100% commission-based; part-time roles are not available) • Complete Home Offer Solutions’ comprehensive training program to become an expert in investment real estate sales, analysis, and brokerage • Consistently and proactively engage with real estate investors, building relationships through outreach • Make 50-100+ cold calls daily to prospective clients • Keep detailed records of all activities using Home Offer Solutions’ CRM platform • Leverage advanced tools, technology, and resources provided by the company to build your network and close deals • Assist clients in finding, evaluating, and purchasing distressed properties with high return potential • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications: Key Skills & Requirements: • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required • Competitive, results-oriented attitude • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Organized and able to manage a large client/prospect database • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment • Eager to learn and coachable • Passionate about success and driven to exceed expectations • Able to conduct financial analysis and real estate underwriting for investment properties • Work closely with leadership to develop a personalized business strategy What to Expect When You Join: • Work Ethic: Success in investment real estate requires commitment beyond traditional 9-to-5 hours.
