    Job Summary: The Property Administrator supports the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of 5 residential locations in Stamford, Connecticut. This role involves tenant relations, follow-up with property maintenance and administrative tasks to ensure the properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Tenant Relations:

    Assist in addressing tenant inquiries and resolving complaints.

    Coordinate lease renewals and manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.

    Conduct property tours and assist in the leasing process.

    Administrative Tasks:

    Maintain accurate records of property operations and tenant interactions.

    Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other communications.

    Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, lease renewals and other legal documents.

    Assist in the leasing process, including application processing and lease signing.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property vacancies, pricing, and lease terms.

    Prepare and maintain accurate records of lease agreements and tenant files.

    Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office-related services.

    Ability to travel between properties as required.
