What We're Looking For:

🔹 1-2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry 🔹 Strong sales skills with a proven track record of lead development, follow-ups, and closing deals 🔹 P&C Producer License (Required) 🔹 Multilingual skills (Russian, Lithuanian, Spanish) are a plus 🔹 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 🔹 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 🔹 A motivated, results-driven professional passionate about helping clients
