Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Sales Agent
We are hiring Full-time and Part-time Insurance Sales Agents. Are you a licensed Property & Casualty agent with a passion for helping others? We're seeking a Full or Part Time insurance property and casualty specialist to join our insurance agency affiliated with our growing real estate investment firm. In this role, you'll protect our existing property portfolio. You'll build strong relationships with investors and property managers, providing expert insurance advice tailored to their needs. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients • Foster and cultivate relationships with internal and external team members • Working with team members and clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction as well as account profitability • Input policy information for new and existing clients while ensuring the highest level of accuracy and timelines • Meet continuing education requirements to maintain all applicable licenses as appropriate • Account and Risk Analysis • Claims Facilitation • Recommend and explain various property & casualty insurance products • Prepare accurate and competitive insurance proposals • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance products • Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: • Property and Casualty License required; additional licenses/certifications a plus • 2- years experience in customer service is preferred • Outstanding written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills • Proven history of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and performing quality work within deadlines with or without supervision • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex information and apply it to practical situations • Excellent time management and organizational skills Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
