Assist property manager with the day to day operations of the building. vendor management, interior renovation scheduling and quality control. Manage unit renovations to ensure general contractor complies with permitting and condo regulation to prevent damages to common areas. Assist with day to office functions and assisting owner and residents. Desired Experience: 2-3 years of experience- Mid-Level experience, Contract follow ups, permitting and licensing process. Excellent follow and quality assurance quality control. Excellent written and verbal communications. Assist with maintenance operations scheduling. Proficient in excel.
