    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Property Damage Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the initial investigative work necessary to establish/clear liability on all types of cases, including government claims, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites. Successful candidate will be thorough with case investigation, including obtaining witness statements, videos/photos, police reports, and other evidence. Candidate will also maintain communication with the clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure clients are treating with a medical provider and coordinate vehicle repairs with body shops and insurance companies. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

    Claims and insurance industry applicants with property damage experience and/or existing case managers preferred.

    The position’s essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

    Responsibilities

    Report claims to insurance companies and send letters of representation

    Gathering evidence to support clients' claims

    Participate in recorded interviews with clients and insurance companies

    Schedule vehicle inspections

    Resolve all portions of clients' property damage claims

    Answer multiple phone calls throughout the day while completing required work.

    Keep client’s files organized by filing mail/documents related to each client in their respective files.

    Maintaining a clean and organized file space with both physical and electronic files.

    Interpreting for Spanish speaking clients.

    Sending out correspondence as needed, copying, scanning, faxing, labeling, and entering data into our Filevine software system.

    Management retains the right to add to or change the duties of this position at any time.

    Qualifications

    Spanish speaker is a must, as our client base is mostly Hispanic and you will have direct contact with clients on a daily basis.

    High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF, with a typing speed of at least 65 wpm

    Knowledge or experience with FileVine is a plus

    Previous experience

    Candidates should possess a valid driver's license, have their own transportation, and be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.

    Ability to multi-task and work in a busy and fast-paced environment is necessary.
