Responsibilities: • Perform thorough inspections of properties, focusing on repair needs, maintenance issues, or follow-up items. • Take clear and accurate photographs of property conditions and areas of concern, document all findings, and send reports to managers within one business day. • Occasionally attend hearings to provide support and evidence for covenant violations. • Communicate with property managers and other relevant team members regarding inspection results and any immediate concerns. • Respond to all emails within 24 hours. Qualifications: • Demonstrate effective oral and written communication and listening skills. • Must be resourceful and a creative problem solver. • Must be proficient with computer programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and databases. • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize daily workload. • Must work effectively with co-workers and clients. • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. • Must be responsive and possess strong customer service skills. • Must be willing to attend periodic evening meetings. • Exhibit professionalism at all times. • Maintain reliable transportation. • Position requires travel for inspections. • 4-year degree or college background preferred. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
