Qualifications: • Demonstrate effective oral and written communication and listening skills. • Must be resourceful and a creative problem solver. • Must be proficient with computer programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and databases. • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize daily workload. • Must work effectively with co-workers and clients. • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. • Must be responsive and possess strong customer service skills. • Must be willing to attend periodic evening meetings. • Exhibit professionalism at all times. • Maintain reliable transportation. • Position requires travel for inspections. • 4-year degree or college background preferred.
