Responsibilities: • Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems • Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems • Be on-call to respond to emergency issues • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED Certificate • Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Provide own set of tools required to perform listed duties Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
