Property Management- Maintenance Department Associate At Penner Property Management, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of service and care for our properties and residents. As a reputable housing provider, we understand the importance of creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our tenants. We are currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Associate to conduct occupied property walk-throughs and help ensure our properties are kept in excellent condition. Responsibilities: • Conduct routine on-site property walk-throughs on both vacant and occupied properties. • Submit daily reports on walk-through results and enter work orders for repair items needed. • Assist with work order follow-up calls to residents and vendors to facilitate repairs. • NOTE- Aside from the onsite property visits, the job is not remote and is performed in the office. Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and follow-up. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be direct while maintaining professionalism. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
