    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Responsibilities include: working under limited supervision following standardized practices and/or methods; providing information and/or advising others; and operating within a defined budget. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel. The Maintenance Technician must be mechanically inclined with a substantial background in building maintenance. Maintenance and repair abilities include:

    • Common area maintenance (change light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles and furnace filters, and basic day to day property maintenance upkeep)

    • Minor dry wall repair and taping

    • Painting

    • Security of leased spaces, including working with locksmiths and re-keying units, as needed.

    • Carpentry skills and ability to review and interpret construction/site plans is helpful.

    • Minor plumbing and electrical repairs that do not require a license.

    • HVAC diagnostics and repairs

    • Mechanical equipment repair and maintenance

    • Concrete, sidewalk, curb and parking lot maintenance

    • Will require lifting, pushing, pulling 75 lbs. or more on occasion

    • Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

    • Detailed lawn and landscaping care to include, but not limited to, mowing, snow removal, trimming, trash removal, landscaping repair and upkeep, and general debris removal

    Experience:

    2 years or more of job related experience is required. Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be given priority during the interview process.

    Hours:

    8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional on-call and weekend hours.

    Clearances:

    Background check, must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
