We are a large residential apartment complex in Newburgh, NY and are currently looking for Maintenance Assistant /Technician (depending on skills/experience) to add to our team.

Preferred skills/experience include: plumbing, electrical, taping/sheetrock, painting, flooring, grounds upkeep and general apartment maintenance, ability to lift at least 50lbs, and be able to work alone or with others. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: apartment work orders, general building maintenance, carpet removal, unit cleanouts, working in crawlspaces or on a ladder, snow removal, and assisting with other jobs around the property as needed.

Must have a valid driver's license. This is non-negotiable.

Location: 207 Lake Drive, Newburgh, NY. As you will need to be on call periodically for snow and emergencies, we are looking for a candidate who lives in close proximity to the property and would be able to get here within 30 minutes.

Full time position: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
