    How do I make an impact on my team?

    Our friendly and dedicated Property Maintenance Technician Supervisor enjoys performing a wide variety of preventive maintenance tasks to provide our property guests with an exceptionally well-kept building and grounds.

    Performs guest room preventative maintenance duties such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks and HVAC cleaning.

    Promptly responds to reports of guest problems and concerns.

    Assists all guests in a sincere and courteous manner to ensure 100% satisfaction.

    Assists in maintaining the pool, spa and general area of the property according to specific local codes and brand standards.

    Maintains the grounds, landscaping, outbuildings and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe and attractive manner.

    Performs general repairs for guestrooms and the property.

    Completes maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner.

    Checks Hippo continuously throughout the day to ensure any maintenance request are completed.

    Performs building and equipment preventative maintenance duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer or General Manager.

    Keeps team and Chief Engineer promptly and fully informed of all problems for timely corrective action.

    Assists the Chief Engineer with leading the maintenance department to include assigning tasks to the team and scheduling.

    What does success look like in this role?

    Must have a minimum of 1 year of hotel maintenance experience

    Must be CPO certified

    Must have HVAC experience

    Flexible availability

    Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve

    Strong attention to detail

    Reliability and honesty

    Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
