Camber Corporation is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Regional Property Manager. This position offers a wide variety of different responsibilities in order to support our office and Property Management Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Responsible for residents request, concerns and comments.
· Updates and maintains all marketing sites for all locations
· Training staff as-needed on or off site.
· Maintains updates for Yardi and assists the team with any questions or concerns
· Maintains Accounting Ledgers
· Review commission spreadsheet to confirm accuracy
· Handles AMEX reconciliation monthly
· Maintains property monthly calendars for the team
· Review, approve, and train team on security deposit disposition report. (SODA)
· Updates Policy & Procedure books (property level) (as needed)
· Prepare and maintain updates for all Safety Books on-site
· Coordinate with accounting for any invoice or documentation request
· Handle bank deposits as needed for payment collection
· Assist at other properties as assigned
Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software. Yardi experience is a must.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Minimum experience 3 to 5 years in property management
