In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, lease management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, aiming to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction while acting as a liaison between property owners and tenants; key responsibilities include marketing vacancies, handling repairs, addressing tenant concerns, and maintaining property budgets.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
