    Job Description

    As a Portfolio Manager with our company, you will be part of a team responsible for a large portfolio in a high volume property management organization serving both residential and commercial properties.

    Responsibilities

    Respond to owner and tenant communications and requests via telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face meetings.

    Work with accounting team to maintain rent rolls, fee charges, invoice creation and payments; coordinate monthly reporting activities

    Oversee maintenance coordination to negotiate, and manage maintenance projects with vendors, owners and tenants

    Create and manage rental listings for available properties; meet monthly leasing goals

    Manage self-showing leasing process; follow up with prospects, process rental applications, and submit for approval

    Monitor rent delinquency, small balance collection and coordinate dispossessory process

    Manage monthly lease renewal process; provide tenant and owner communication as required

    Monitor proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and owners

    Coordinate move-in and move-out process; prepare lease agreements, addenda, and related documentation

    Provide onsite property inspections; move-in, move-out, and general inspections

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Active Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license is preferred, but not required.

    Property Management experience preferred

    Ability to drive to managed properties

    High energy and upbeat

    Ability to oversee multiple high priority tasks and events simultaneously
