Responsibilities: • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards Qualifications: • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Minimum 5 years experience in Residential Property Management • Current California Real Estate License • A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity • Professional Appearance • Ability to work very hard • A high degree of self-confidence tempered by humility • Strong attention to detail and organization • This is not an on-site position • Ability to manage properties throughout San Diego County • Must have own vehicle. Includes mileage reimbursement Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
