Single Family Portfolio We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of property management and client satisfaction for an assigned portfolio of single-family rental properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A successful Portfolio Manager will effectively maintain our properties to a market-ready standard under the direction of Augusta Rental Homes procedures, while always ensuring a high level of service to residents and owners. Responsibilities: • Manage an assigned portfolio of single-family rental properties • Handle resident and owner inquiries and escalations promptly and professionally • Work closely with the maintenance coordinator to ensure property upkeep and repairs are addressed efficiently • Coordinate with outside vendors for various projects and maintenance tasks • Meet with prospective clients and assess their fit for Augusta Rental Homes • Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably with single-family homes • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and landlord-tenant laws • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in property management software • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
