    $1,500.00 Sign-On Bonus! CAMCO Property Management seeks a dedicated Portfolio Manager to join our team in Doylestown, PA. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $65,000 and $70,000 depending on experience. The property manager will help oversee and guide properties managed by CAMCO and their associations to achieve common goals. Essential skills include property management, project management, time management, and excellent customer service. Some evening work may be required along with prompt responses to urgent matters. Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to inquiries and feedback, maintaining professionalism and composure in all interactions. • Provide prompt and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence. • Effectively manage time to handle multiple projects concurrently. • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities when analyzing various situations. • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes and community documents relevant to each client. • Review financial reports and assist in developing an Annual Budget in line with CAMCO deadlines. • Ensure property improvement and construction projects are completed on time and within budget by efficiently overseeing them. • Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff if required. • Cultivate professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. • Conduct Board meetings and prepare a comprehensive management report prior to each meeting. Qualifications: • The Property Manager role in Doylestown, PA, US necessitates a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing properties within the condominium sector. • Proficiency in overseeing HOA and condominium operations is a key requirement for this position. • Essential skills include strong organizational abilities and effective time management to successfully handle multiple associations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to facilitate productive interactions with stakeholders in this role. • Candidates applying for the Property Manager position must hold US work authorization specifically for the Doylestown, PA location.
